Lymington Model Railway Exhibition 2025 Part 1

Описание: The Lymington Community Centre hosted a Model Railway Exhibition again this year over the weekend 19th/20th April. Organised by Stuart Farmer, Paul Bunyan, Mahala Smith & the Centre staff, it helped to raise funds for the Centre. As usual, a good variety of layouts were on show.

06:37 Hellstowe - 00 gauge - Mike Short. Large end to end layout recently overhauled and set in the late steam/early diesel era.
10:23 Taylor Town - 00 gauge - Colin Cleall. Freelance modern image terminus station, mainly running DMUs.
11:49 Penny Lane - 00 gauge - Phil Kempsey. How many Beatles song titles can you spot?
13:07 Quay Street - N gauge - Ron Boreham. Southern Region based loosely around the London area, with the main line on a viaduct over a London Underground line.
15:16 Watershoot Bay - 00 gauge - Toby Heald. Fictitious Isle of Wight branch line terminus station prior to 1948.
18:35 Millburn - 00 gauge - John Gowan. Fictional Central Scotland location for a diesel depot, scrap yard and a small terminus station.
21:36 Mortonhampstead - 00 gauge - Andy & Ryan Lamb. Branch line terminus station with an engine shed and a goods shed set in the West Country.
24:21 Wheal Kate - 009 gauge - B. J. Read. An upper level Cornish mining scene and a lower level small terminus station.
26:58 Newton Mills - N gauge - Mitchell Granger. Small sleepy single platform terminus station and goods yard set in the BR southern region. (Sorry Mitchell, I messed up the video so not as much shown as I had expected.)
28:56 Easter Village Fayre - Lego - Bernice Robinson.
