RECIPE:
Recipe for pattern:
50g Unsalted Butter, softened
50g Icing sugar, sifted
2 egg whites
50g plain flour, sifted
Food color
For the sponge cake:
3 large eggs, separated
80g granulated sugar
75g plain flour,sifted
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
For filling:
120ml whipping cream
1 tbsp jam
Chopped strawberries
Bake at 180 C for 8-10 minutes ( Do not over bake)
