Rare footage of CSX Y295 switching at two companies on the A Line in Tampa, after the last Amtrak train of the day clears the line at 39th St.
Y295 switches out two tankers at Sun Paints & Coatings west of Uceta Yard, then moves to Enviro Focus Technologies at the A Line turnout on the East side of Uceta Yard. CSX engine 6557 removes a long string of boxcars and hoppers from the Enviro Focus siding and performs many switching movements, at the end only replacing two 'old' hoppers with two 'new' ones.
Y295 then crosses the Tampa Bypass Canal just before sunset, and as dusk falls, BNSF engine 6164 on a unit grain train is seen sitting at the East end of Yeoman Yard from the US 301 overpass a mile away, and from 78th St.
Shot with 2 Canon M6 Mark II cameras, with an EF-M 18-55mm f3.5-6.3 IS STM and EF-S 55-250 IS STM + Kenko 1.5x SHQ teleconverter, using Sennheiser MKE200 & MKE400 microphones, handheld. Edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, each clip image stabilized and color/tone corrected individually.
