3min rolling up and down spine. Until you laugh. Picture yourself rolling in front of your boss or a client the next time they make you angry.

Rocking bow 1min
I hope you didn't eat anything. Jump into how that anger feeling makes you feel.
Rest, chin or forehead down 1min deep breathing.
Sphinx 1min🦁
Bend your knees and kick with loose ankles, letting them flop until you laugh.
Relax, turn cheek to one side.
Vinyasa
half forward fold 2min
Inhale halfway, flat back, exhale down.
Shut your mouth second minute inhale up and drop the weight of the skull
Crow 30 seconds
Wide squat 1 min
Sit down right leg out. 1min.
Left arm up and over, right hand to left knee. Inhale reach the left hand back, exhale reach up and over for the toes.
Exhale out, hold mula ban
Left side 1min
Easy pose. Ground down.
5point dog to up dog with toes tucked 1min
Inhale up , open heart, exhale back.
Hold exhale out with mula ban and float
Child's pose 🙇
Cat cow 1min
Plank 1min
Get into any of that feeling of anger that is still in you and harness that energy to stay in plank.
Sphinx relax chin to chest 🦁
Bridge 2min
Inhale up, exhale roll down the spine.
Mula ban in up position
Straight into plow 1min
Shoulder stand breath of fire 2min
Looking between the feet.
Mula ban slow down
Urdvadanurasana 1min w breath of fire
Mula ban
Open both SI joints, twists across body on back
Knees to chest release lower spine
Feet straight up, reach toward toes 1min
Breath of fire. Life shoulders and hips.
Mula ban
Exhale the legs down keep the hands up.
Slowly lower all the energy in the hands, down into the heart ❤️
Svansana 3min minimum
Feel the warmth of all of that energy making your heart a little more tender, a little more open. Able to handle the energy of the anger without lashing out and causing more harm.
Svasana
Heels of the palms over the eyes, deep breaths before coming up. 1min
Suggest spending some time in meditation after class
