Описание: I am so excited to invite you on a five day journey with me.
This class is for when we are feeling that no matter what we do; it is NEVER enough...

Because of a few individuals who happened to all send donations in at the same time, I was able to take 5 days to spend focusing on mindfulness, meditation and bringing you a new yoga class each day from the insights of the day before.
Please find a time when you can do these classes five days in a row, and between each class I encourage you to implement the teaching as best you can before coming to your mat again the next day.
I so look forward to going on this journey with you. I grew a ton in the week that I made these classes, in ways I am only just starting to be able to put into words; I hope you will too.

Bowing to the feeling of unworthiness, feeling of not being enough.

Hands interlaced behind the head in easy pose, inhale open heart, exhale and bow.

3min

Take it easy. We are jumping right in. Be compassionate. Be kind to yourself. Just warming up.

Let's ground the energy down with classic, easy sun salutations

Sit. Bow.

Hands together, breath of fire. 3min hold breath mula ban.

Sit up.

Good time for some water. We are going to drop back into the hips 💦

Back and forth up and down the spine.

Half forward bend. Arms straight out. Hold breath 12 seconds engage mula ban exhale. Do three times. Pull feet toward each other like crazy.

Come standing. One foot. Tree.

Let the mind do whatever it is going to do. Set it free. Let your thoughts wander... but, still be a tree, feel that foot growing down in the 🌏

Wide legged chair pose painting the aura. 3min

Stick with it. Holy shit balls.

Go slow and don't throw your back out!

Inhale up engage in chair, exhale to Stand. Growing. The spine and the breath.

Step back ardahanamanasana. Inhale forward exhale back. Both sides. 2min each side. Hang out in runners lunge in between. Let the leg fall out to the side, flex the foot. Roll the hip around. 💦

Child's or head stand 3min

Talk about grounding.

Twists. Spiral

extended side angle both sides.. Long holds. Open to triangle

Come seated. Ground.

Three long bumblebee breath; aums.

If you haven't been doing very many forward folds, skip this last exercise and go right to svasana. If you're game, 10min forward fold. And, yes, you will feel like you are dying.

Start inhale up and exhale down/ and when exhausted; fold.

Glorious long svasana, be present the whole time. Count how many breaths in 7 minutes.

End with Deep even breathing with holds top and bottom

Sit, ground, close.
