Описание: Was blessed to be able to visit two of my favorite people who have a cabin in Lancaster, Virginia a few weeks ago! I was able to get out and SUP while teaching my mom how to Kayak! It was amazing and beautiful! It was so quiet that you can hear my breast pump in the background 😂 That’s right, you read correctly! I breast pumped while I went for a paddle! #mompower I was surprised to see jellyfish so late in the season but they were there. I think my mom found a new hobby 😊 I practiced launching from a dock for both SUP and Kayak which I don’t get to do much out here! Good practice!
