Recipe for chanterelles in cream.
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add chanterelle mushrooms to the onions, the amount is arbitrary, as much as the frying pan will fit.

Рецепт лисичек в сливках.
Мелко нарезаем лук и обжариваем до золотистого цвета.
Добавляем к луку грибы лисички, количество произвольное, столько, сколько поместится сковорода.
Жарьте, пока жидкость не выпарится. В конце добавьте сливки, соль, перец и измельченный чеснок. Дайте вкусам смешаться и выключите огонь.
Подавайте с рисом или картофелем.
