We are driving in Spain Castile and León to Extremadura from Salamanca to Caceres on Ruta de la Plata ( Autovia A-66). After visiting the university city of Salamanca, web are travelling to the historical city of Caceres, a Unesco World Heritage Site. The route is scenic, crossing the Sierra de Bejar mountains over Vallejera Pass (1202 m asl.), before entering the autonomous community of Extremadura. Photos from Salamanca and video clips from central Caceres are also integrated in the video, enjoy!
We drive on Autovia A-66 (Ruta de la Plata).
