"Bricola". Created by my very good friend Jason Clapham, this might be one of the best Cynar sippers ever!! Very easy to make, this is def in my rotation!!
Ingredients include:
45 mil/1.5 oz Rye whiskey
22.5 mil/.75 oz Cynar
22.5 mil/.75 oz "Select" aperitif
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in an Absinthe rinsed chilled cocktail glass
