Описание: Today we are getting creative in our vinyasa as we move through some unique/creative Yoga transitions and movement patterns and explore our range in different ways to generate power in your body.
We start by warming up our writs to make sure they are nice and loose ready to flow with. From there we move into some glute activation work from a table top position with some leg raises to strengthen the butt. The core starts to work as we move through some turbo cat/cows before moving into knee to opposite tricep in a hovering table top position. This is hard work so you can take the modification of placing both knees down and moving through the process from here.
This is where our first unique movement pattern comes into play as we transition to wild thing. After hanging out here and working this pose we take a smooth and controlled moving step to wide legged forward fold where we get creative on how we do a pushup to build some strength before working our way into Warrior 2 and transitioning to crescent lunge and start activating the leg muscles with some knees to chest and back again. Before rinsing it all off with a vinyasa.
It is a 2 sided sequence so will be aiming to even the body out and charge you up. You then get a nice shoulder opener before a forward fold to reset parts of the body and you can then close your eyes in a well earned Savasana/ Corpse pose. While here you can wonder how you got into those positions?
It is a fairly strong sequence even though short so be prepared to break a sweat but that is why you are here with me at A Moment 2 Move so embrace the challenge and the power you generate in your body and take that energy to meet the rest of your day.
This is a vinyasa style flow so make sure you utilize the breath stay present and enjoy the space you have created for yourself.

With todays flow we are working at a new studio so I hope you like the space. Also on the video today we have a new mic so the sound quality has dramatically improved for the Vinyasa. I am still playing with the positioning of the mic so you can definitely here my breathing today as we work through the flow, so barewith me for the time being until we get that side of things sorted.

All classes on the channel are sequences designed to move in a Vinyasa style yoga flow so linking movement to breath and work your whole body in a short amount of time for people that are maybe a little to busy to spend an hour or so in the gym. I am constantly trying to create new fun movement patterns for you that will strengthen your body and make you feel strong and able.
They are follow along yoga flow classes so I will be on the journey with you and hoping that they will benefit you by creating strength and resilience and leave you feeling satisfied with your days exercise, but if your not feel free to click on the next video as you know it will only be a short workout here at A Moment 2 Move 🙂
