Me and the kids went fishing!!

We hit up huckleberry pond at Santa Ana river lakes. It’s perfect for kids !!

We caught our dinner: I made some delicious fish tacos out of the fresh caught catfish!!

Catfish recipe:

-egg
-milk
-flour
-white cracker crushed and fine.
-Cajun
-pepper
-salt
-lemon powder

THE BATTER:
/Crush 10 white crackers until fine
/Whisk 1 egg
/2 Cups of flower on a plate
/Add the 4 seasonings in the flour
/ 1 cup of milk in a plate
Dip fish in milk, then egg, then flour

Cooking:
add oil in a fry pan
-fry fish till golden brown on both sides
Make a fish taco and enjoy !!
