What a fun and easy fishing experience at Huckleberry Pond in Anaheim, CA! Sure, you can take your kids deep sea fishing and listen on repeat to, "I feel sick" or "I want to get off the boat"...and sure, you can take them lake fishing: that's super fun :-)
But if you want a calm, collected few hours of easy fishing and fun then grab a smoothie nearby, THIS is the place you want to be. Especially if your kid hasn't experienced a catch, they'll experience one! Or two, or three! Because at Huckleberry Pond, the chance of catching a fish in ridiculously in your favor. Catching multiple fish is absolutely possible for your little one.
I went on a Friday around 11am. They stock their pond with fish every Thursday. My timing was perfect so the newly stocked fish were definitely biting!
Tip: Come during the weekday if you can. Weekends get packed.
