How to Make Spelt Pancakes with water (No Milk)

00:31 Add flour, spices, and baking powder and baking soda together, whisk to combine

01:45 add in tap water, or filtered water or sparkling water
Make sure there's no lumps!
02:40 Heat your fry pan. I use a non-stick one, so there's no need to add oil
if not, add a little oil to avoid sticking
