In today's video, I will be showing you how to make Bread Pudding... Jamaican style!
What you need:
9x5 baking pan
A few Slices of old Bread (not rotten, but old)
2 Eggs
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Almond Extract
½ tsp Nutmeg
1 ½ Cinnamon
1 ½ cups Milk
1 ½ tsp Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Melted Butter
Tips:
Make sure butter cools to room temperature, you don't want to scramble the eggs
Grease the pan if it isn't non-stick
