This practice will encourage movement and flexibility in the ribs and spine. In order for us to be able to breathe efficiently, we want to keep flexibility in our ribcage and thoracic spine. This is extremely useful for singers as we rely on an efficient breathing system! This short flow will release tension and get you moving whilst bringing awareness to the breath.
