RECIPES

Mongolian Beef

Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak
1 pkg Chuck Roast, shaved
1 pkg cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 Tbsp Worchershire Sauce, divided in 3 portions
2 Tbsp Keto Chophouse, divided into 3 portions
Layer 1/3 onion, 1/3 mushroom, 1/3 seasoning and worchershire.
Repeat layers 2 more times.
Cook in Instant Pot for 60 min. Natural Release. ( or Pulse release if you have that option)

CrockPot Carnitas
Bone in Pork Roast (3-4 lbs)
1 onion diced
1 orange, juiced
3 limes, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
other seasonings to taste
Cook in Crockpot 4 hours high, 2-3 hours low- until falling off bone and easy shreds with fork.

Easy Pesto Chicken
2 lbs chicken breast, sliced to thin pieces
Season chicken with choice of seasoning on both sides ( I used Fresh Jax Toasted Onion)
NEXT-
Combine 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup premade pesto, and Slather over top of chicken.
NEXT
Top with veggies of choice, I did 1/2 cup chopped peppers, 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatos
NEXT
cover with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese,
NEXT
Top with Breadcrumbs, I used my ketocrumbs from my cookbook- pork rinds crushed, nutritional yeast, and grated parm
Bake until chicken cooked!
