WASS members reported on their tour of the Material Recovery Facility in Yonkers, which processes the county’s recycling, on February 11. We also shared updates on the city-by-city initiative that we’re running this year to reduce and divert waste from the incinerator in each municipality and talk about the next facility tour we’re taking, of the CompostEd educational facility in Valhalla on March 18.
