Tackling Tight Hip Flexors: Strengthen To Lengthen (Yoga)

Описание: Hip flexors (psoas and others) get tight from sitting. But stretching them isn't always the best way to get them to lengthen. Grab a block or bolster and practice progressive strengthening to increase mobility in your hip flexors, using a yoga block (or two, if small) and optional bolster.
