Barry Leitch is a video game music composer. He began his career in the mid-1980s, composing his first video game soundtrack, "ICUPS" for the Commodore 64, at 15. Leitch is best known for his work on racing games, particularly the "Top Gear" series for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), which garnered a significant fan base, especially in Brazil. He also composed music for the "Lotus Turbo Challenge" series, "Rush" series, and "TFX: Tactical Fighter Experiment."
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Barry worked with several prominent UK game developers, including Gremlin Graphics, Ocean Software, and Imagitec Design, contributing to titles such as "HeroQuest," "Sleepwalker," and "Impossamole.”.
In recent years, Barry has worked on the sound effects for toys for Fisher Price and others.
