Muradabadi Biryani
Ingredients:
½ Cup Oil
10-12 cloves
8-10 green cardamom
1 tsp pepper corns
1 star anise
2 black cardamom
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium sized onions (sliced)
12-15 green chillies
1 kg chicken
½ cup yogurt
2 tsp salt + (1 tsp )
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 bay leaves
8 cup hot water
1 lemon
1 kg basmati rice
¼ tsp food colour + 1 tbsp kewra water + 1 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
For special masala :-
1 tbsp fennel seeds
¼ nutmeg
1 pieces of mace flower
