Ingredients:
3/4 Lb beef flank raw thinly slice (or ground)
2 cups cooked sliced beef tripe
2 1/2 TB beef bile
1 1/2 TB Padek sauce of choice
1 tsp msg (optional)
2 1/2 TB fish sauce
3 TB roast rice powder
mince fresh red chilis
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup culantro (optional)
