This guided Bliss Body Healing Meditation invites you into a deeply restorative state of awareness, where rest, healing, and inner joy arise naturally.
Led by Sarah McLean, this practice draws from mindfulness, heart-centered awareness, subtle breath techniques, and silent mantra to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and embodied well-being. Rather than trying to fix or change anything, you’re invited to rest in presence and allow the body’s innate intelligence to restore harmony from within.
As the meditation unfolds, attention becomes an expression of love — gently illuminating the body and inviting vitality, ease, and wholeness at the cellular level. The practice concludes with a dedication for peace, belonging, and well-being for all beings.
This meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners and can be practiced seated or lying down.

Practice notes:
Find a comfortable position in a chair, on a cushion, or lying down so you can meditation for 20 minutes where you'll be undisturbed. Eyes may be open or closed. Allow yourself to rest without effort.
