上野駅方面に向かって
最初の通りを右折して
続いてまた最初の通りを右折します
そのまま進むと左に見えてきます
とん八亭さんの開店時間は11:30分ですが
10分ほど前に到着しました
その時すでに数人の方が並んでいました
カウンター席に座りロースカツ定食をお願いしました
岩塩　ウスターソース　醤油　とんかつソース
それぞれを使っていただきました
ロースかつ定食はトンカツが厚く色は白っぽいですが
衣はカリッとしていて
肉はとても柔らかくジューシーでした

Tonhachi-tei, a tonkatsu restaurant in Ueno, Tokyo, is located along Chuo-dori from Matsuzakaya Ueno.
From there, head toward Ueno Station.

Tonhachi-tei opens at 11:30,
but I arrived about 10 minutes early.

I sat at the counter and ordered the pork loin cutlet set meal.
I tried rock salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and tonkatsu sauce.
The pork loin cutlet set meal had a thick, whitish color,
but the batter was crispy, and the meat was very tender and juicy.

迷わずにコスパの良い　ロースカツ定食950円をお願いしました

11時開店と同時に3番目に入店しました

カウンター席を奥から詰めて座ります

椅子に座ってカウンター席から入り口を見るとすでに満席になっていました

カツは上手に揚げられサクッとした食感　肉も美味しいです

I lined up at Tonkatsu Yamaya Ueno Branch about 10 minutes before it opened at 11:00 AM.

While I was waiting for the restaurant to open,
a staff member came to take my order shortly before the doors opened.

I ordered the 950 yen pork loin cutlet set meal without hesitation, offering great value for money.

I was the third person to enter the restaurant as it opened at 11:00 AM.

I sat at the counter, squeezing in from the back.

As I sat in my chair and looked out the window at the entrance, I saw that the restaurant was already full.

The cutlet was perfectly fried, crispy, and the meat was delicious.
