EPISODE 7: SELFBUILD CAMPER VAN: HOW TO FIT A SOLAR PANEL TO A CAMPER VAN: Van Life Solar panel fit

Описание: And welcome back to another incredible video or how to build a camper van.

You wont believe how amazing this van build really is. From the very beginning through every point, its just next level of a real van build.

We start off with emptying the van and taking inventory of our parts in stock. I then work out that I have to get a 6 foot solar panel on to the roof. In the corner of my workshop we have a movable staircase. It's rolled up to the camper and boom, it's perfect.
Make sure you check the wires are right way round and giving out volts before you go any further. You have to check it works.
The solar panel slots into place and the wires fit like they were made for the job, especially with the Scanstrut solar gland.
After securing it with Sikaflex and a few rivets, WOW.

A good clean of with Rain-X and she is ready to connect.

With being off the scale ADHD, i just couldn't stop. I fed all the 12volt system in, so the next step is to build the electrics board.
