Theses cheat codes for the video game Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 change the ki bars and attack bonus of every form of every characters. This can be used either to make the game more balanced or to reflect better the power of the characters.
Theses new cheat codes have been added to the Budokai 3 pnach files (which you can find at the bottom of this page) :
