With this new cheat codes for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, you can do Cell's and Frieza's ultimates in all of their forms.
So, basically Imperfect Cell can do the Genkidama and 1st form Frieza can use his Ultimate.
Last but not least, Broly is now able to do the Gigantic Press when he is in his base form.
My pnach files for Budokai 3 have been updated with theses 3 new codes, so everyone can use them:

Avec ces nouveaux codes pour le jeu Dragonball Z Budokai 3, Freezer et Cell peuvent utiliser leur technique ultime lorsqu'ils sont en formes de base ou transformés dans leur formes intermédiaires (Cell semi-parfait, Freezer forme 2 et 3).
Aussi, Broly peut désormais faire son kikoha 2, Presse Gigantesque, dans sa forme de base.
