Hey there, it's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward and I'm back in the gym. It's literally been 6 months since I trained at a public gym. All summer long I've been working out in my home gym, which has been great, but it's nice to have a change of scenery and some new equipment to play with.

In this video you're going to get a complete back routine that will help you build size and thickness. The workout starts off with a big basic compound move and then goes into some assistance exercises to isolate and target all areas of your back...
The Back Workout is as follows:
Trap Bar Deadlifts - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
1 Arm Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Nautilus Pull Overs - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Row Machine - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Hyper Extensions - 100 total reps
*Note:
Do as many progressively heavier warm up sets as you feel you need to do before your top working weight sets.
This is a great workout for building overall mass, definition, and width throughout your back muscles.
