Zuppa Toscana Soup:
6 oz bacon, chopped
1 lb Hot or Mild Italian Sausage
1 head of garlic, about 10 large cloves, peeled and minced or pressed
1 onion, medium, diced
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 cups water
5 russet potatoes, medium, peeled and chopped into 1/4" thick pieces (1 ½ lb)
1 kale bunch, leaves stripped and chopped (6 cups)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
salt and black pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, for garnish and serving
Breadsticks:
1 package bake-at-home or frozen breadsticks (8 breadsticks)
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
Kosher or flake salt to sprinkle on top (Maldon Sea Salt Flakes)
Garden Salad:
Hearts of Romain lettuce
Roma tomatoes
Red onion, sliced
Black olives, whole
Peppercini’s, slice or whole
Grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Olive Garden Creamy Italian or Caesar dressing
