This video shows the degrees of freedom and the material balance calculations for reactive systems with recycle streams. Usually these systems are solved by iterative solution as the system is solvable without having any unit with degrees of freedom of zero.
Doing these calculations in Microsoft Excel will be discussed in the next video.
