How to calculate age groups in R

Описание: In this video, we change a continuous variable into categories, like age (continuous) into age groups (categorical). We use square brackets to define each category, and the equal sign to assign a label for the category (age group).

In the example code, I use "young", "middle", and "old", but you can also use "younger than 18", "18-24" or other text to describe the categories.
