While many see this series as just "leg work," it is actually a masterful challenge for lateral stability and core control. By reducing your base of support to a thin line on the mat, you force your deep stabilizers to fire in every rep.
In this session, we prioritize the "Pilates Box"—keeping your shoulders and hips perfectly stacked to ensure we are isolating the gluteus medius and obliques rather than compensating with the lower back.
