⁉️ How to keep body balance the fastest and most effective when doing yoga?
👉 Check out these tips with Jai Yoga
✔️ The weight of the body is on bare feet
Walking barefoot while yoga helps people keep their body strong in yoga poses better. Toes on the floor are also a good resonance for the goal of keeping balance.
✔️ Maintain the right body connection
Straight posture: hips, knees and ankles need a row straight.
Sitting posture: Hip, shoulders, straight ears.
Straight arm balance: the hand is horizontal to the shoulder.
✔️ Keep your eyes focused
Look at some object in the gym and don't look horizontally to another point. When you close your eyes or look at the moving object, keeping balance when yoga becomes much harder.
✔️ Increase abs
The abs area plays a very important role in keeping balance while practicing yoga. Aim for the goal of strengthening abs, or muscle gain exercise will be easier to practice yoga exercises related to keep body balance.
