In this video, we are relocating the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer to make room for some exciting new additions: the Indy Dual Functional Trainer and the CTM-1. This wasn't a clean tutorial, it was a real-world struggle involving car jacks, collapsing rollers, and a lot of willpower.
I’m also breaking down exactly how to cut 3/4" stall mats (without losing your mind) using a few specific tools and techniques.
Barbells & Balance blog article with more detail: https://www.ironandlimefitness.com/ba...
In this video:
The Move: Relocating the FM-6 as a single unit (mostly).
The Struggle: Why the Amazon rollers got the job (mostly) done and how we improvised with a car jack.
The Tips: Using Bells of Steel straps to lift and a block of wood to protect your equipment. Also, putting a weight horn low enough for the jack to have an easy time making good contact.
The Mats: A guide on scoring and snapping thick stall mats for the perfect fit.
Huge thanks to my wife and father-in-law for the assist on this one!
