our traditional snacks are sundal and we forgot it. We all doing the deep frying snacks for the evening but we are thinking about the sundal at Navaratri time only. Particularly when you want to make 9 sundals on 9 days. Most of the people have the confusion about doing these sundals. So, on today's menu, I have taken 9 types of sundals.

1. Kondakadalai Sundal
2. Thenga mangai patani sundal
3. Karamani thalipoo
4. Beach Peanut Sundal
5. Karupu sundal
6. Horsegram Sundal
7. Green peas sundal
8. Kadalai Sundal
9. Mexican sundal ( Rajma Sundal)

Here are the ingredients for each sundal
1. Kondakadalai
Kabuli channa 200 gms
Oil 1tsp
Urad dal 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Dry chilli 2 nos
Curry leaf 1 string
Asafidita 2 pinch
Grated coconut 1tsp

2. Thenga mangai patani sundal
oil 1 tbs
Vatana dal 200 gms
Green chilli 1/2 no
Ginger little
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Ginger curry leaves 1 string
Coconut 2 tbs
Mango 1 tbs
Coriander 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

3. Karamani Sundal
Karamani 200 gm
Oil 1 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urid dal 1tsp
Green chilli 1 no
Curry leaf 1 string
Onion 1 no
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Coriander chop 1/2 tsp
