Salt To taste

Vada curry
Ingredients Qty
Bengal gram dal 150 gm
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2 no
Cinnamon stick 1 stick
Cloves 4 no
Onion 1 no big
Green chilli 3 no
Curry leaf 1 string
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Mint 1 tbs
Cardamon. 2 pcs
ginjili oil. 1 tsp
