I share a fast, packable lunch. I rely on during perimenopause to support energy, blood, sugar, and muscle.
This is part of my Fit at 40 series focussed on simple, realistic food for women 35 and above.
As a reference, I used 150gr of oven baked chicken as a means of building this salad which translates to roughly 45gr of protein without including feta and other condiments.
