Quinoa is gluten-free, It is also high in fiber, magnesium and B vitamins.
Rosemary flowers are edible, they are tiny, purple flowers that appear when the plant blooms. The blossoms are best eaten fresh and have a mild, delicate flavour. Health benefits of rosemary: rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants.

120g beetroot
150g mix lettuce
50-60g cos lettuce
30-40g rosemary flowers
200g banana prawn
200g pearl mushroom
1 lemon
