Tip: the force and drive you put into these moves and this sequence will be exactly what you get out of it, so bear down on the bars and don’t release tension👌🏼 Flow from one move to the next and repeat the sequence 5-8 times👍🏼 BEGINNERS complete 10 total reps of each exercise. ADVANCED complete 20 reps of each.
1️⃣ Close Split Stance Dips (5-10 each leg)
2️⃣ Forward Position Incline Push-up with hold
3️⃣ Horizontal Front Dip
4️⃣ Isometric Chest Sqeeze (preps Chest for no. 5)
5️⃣ Chest Flye Push-up (squeeze the bars center as you push up, relax as you go down, elbows out)
