1/2 Tsp chilli flakes

Dry Fruits Cake:
1 Cup maida
3/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk powder
1 Egg
3/4 Cup milk
1/4 Cup oil/melted butter/ghee
1 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
1/4 Cup sliced almonds, cashew nuts & pistachios
Chicken Tangdi Kebab:
First Marination:
6 Chicken drumsticks
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1 Medium sized lemon
Salt to taste
Final Preparation:
3 Tbsp hung curd
2 Tbsp cashew nut powder
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 Lemon juice
1/2 Tsp garam masala
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp turmeric
1/2 Tsp green cardamom powder
1/4 Tsp crushed black pepper
1 Processed cheese cube
