Hola everyone.
Here comes a new workout: a 10 minutes split stretching routine you can do from home, to gain flexibility and learn how to do the front splits. What you need is a mat, a bolster a blanket, some old tights and some comfortable activewear. I am wearing this lovely set from fabletics. This workout is perfect for all of you who want to get the splits fast. ❤ you can combine this routine with my 15 min barre (less) lower body workout so that you are properly warmed up.
➤➤ remember to follow along the exact same exercises as I am showing.
If needed : PLEASE TAKE BREAKS! It’s a challenging routine, don’t overdo it. Listen to your body - if it yells for a quick break - take it, stop the video and come back to the exercise whenever you are ready. I promise: it will get easier, as you get stronger!
