Does it feel like the whole world is trying to force you to go on a "Diet"?

The media preaches the health benefits of low calorie eating. Fitness trainers are telling you to cut your carbs. Doctors say to eat less food to lower cholesterol, reduce your risk of heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. Our wives and girlfriends are always on our back to go on a diet to lose the roll of flab hanging over our belt.

It all makes sense and you know you "should eat less", but when it's time to eat you're so darn hungry that you just can't stop eating.

Then you feel guilty afterwards while sitting on the sofa with a bloated belly that feels like it's about to burst.

In this video I'm going to share 3 practical tips that you can follow to help give you the eating satisfaction you crave, while still keeping your caloric intake under control so you can lose fat and get leaner.

(i.e. eating more high volume foods, advanced meal timing strategies, and intermittent fasting).
