The Ashburton Volunteer Fire Station siren was activated at 8:27pm, following a minor callout in the Netherby, Ashburton District.
We also caught St John responding several times before the initial callout to Netherby.
We tried to locate the 621 appliance, but we couldn't manage to find it in time, they were later stop-messaged and took a short time to return to the station.
