Ashburton 621 responded to reports of smoke seen in the area in around the Hampstead, Ashburton District.
We caught the siren just shy of 11:26am, on the 8th of September, 2024.
The callout ranged of smoke behind a house and the firefighters were soon to extinguish the burn of some sort with a hose reel.
The callout duration was around 12 minutes, very well done job by the team!
