Описание: Join me for another 20 minute Full Body Strength Training Session, and let's put our muscles to work using only one weight! This is an all standing weighted full body workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. This is a short session, so if you feel you can do more, make sure you hit the REPLAY button and do it twice!
I'm using a 6 kg kettlebell for this workout, but you can also do it with one dumbbell. Please adjust the weight to your fitness level! Thanks for joining me!
