Ingredients I used to Make these Ristas ...
Boneless fresh Meat 1 and a half kg
Eggs 2
Mustard oil 3 spoons
water as required
Spices you need. ..Black cardamoms 6 ,green cardamoms few ,Few cloves and black pepper seeds, Cinnamon stick 1 ,salt as per taste ,red chilly powder 2 table spoons ,fennel powder 2table spoons, Dry Ginger powder 1 table spoon ,turmeric powder 1table spoon.
