With 10+ years of delivering talks, workshops, and hosting panels, she is skilled at connecting with audiences of all sizes. About Bukola

Bukola Smith is the CEO of FSDH Merchant Bank Ltd and an accomplished banking leader with over 30 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and commercial leadership. Before her current role, she was the Executive Director of Business Development at FCMB, where she pioneered SheVentures, a program supporting female entrepreneurs. Passionate about advancing the female economy, she set up WIBI (Women in Business Initiative) at FSDH to support female entrepreneurs with various financial and non-financial interventions.
