It’s Day 16 of the WALK Off the Weight series and today we’re giving our health - and our feelings! - a boost in this 2000-step WALKING WORKOUT that’s part fitness, part thought work, and ALL downright fun!
We’re two weeks into this series, and I just know that some of you have FEELINGS😃😨😬 about your WEIGHT LOSS journey. Today, we’re unlocking the vault and discussing things that may be going through your mind during this time.
We’re touching on:
👉 The one thing you should never neglect as you work toward your GOALS
👉 Subtle ways we can turn our MINDS in a new direction
👉 The thing I consider to be my SUPERPOWER
👉 And yes! I’m even bringing up the dreaded “S”-word (the SCALE!)
We move through this routine quickly, but MODERATELY, walking for one minute and alternating with 10 seconds of “burst” moves. Fun fact: There’s a BRAND NEW exercise that I’m debuting today!
This workout is ideal for those of us who “feel all the feels” and want to poise ourselves for SUCCESS with our WEIGHT LOSS goal! Bring your feelings - whatever they are! - and join me now!
SET UP:
Interval timer is set for one minute of walking and 10 seconds of low impact “burst” exercises; there is NO REST
