This is why tracking your lifts is important and shouldn’t be overlooked.
⬇️ Here’s my workout from this week ( hit some new PRs that i’m really happy with!):
activation and mobility work in the end
1.Dumbbell RDLs 3x 12-15
2.Bulgarian split squat 4x 8-12
3.Smith machine squat 3x 10-12 + lying hack machine as finisher 1 set double leg + b stance
4.Hip thrusts 4x 6-12
5.Abductions 2x 15-20
6.Hamstring curl standing 3x 8 each
7.B stance stiff leg deadlift 2x 10 each
