You’ll move at a steady, comfortable pace with plenty of options to slow down, modify, or rest as needed. The goal is simple: keep moving, feel supported, and finish feeling better than when you started.
👉 Go at your own pace.
👉 Take breaks whenever you need.
👉 No jumping or rushing.
Equipment:
Optional light dumbbells and a mat.
(No weights? You can do this workout bodyweight.)
