We are back in the New Year with the new Tellest album, The World is in Your Hands, which is also the name of the first (and later final) track on the album. We start with an instrumental version that sets the tone for what is to come on this album.

The World is in Your Hands has long been the tagline for the Tellest universe. That's because the series is more than just one small fragment, but an entire planet's worth of stories, and soon we'll venture beyond that as well. We used this tagline because this album specifically features world music—that is, a fusion of different sounds and soundscapes that help to transport you to different places. This song in particular is a fusion of a few different kinds of music, and I think you'll enjoy it, and the version with lyrics later will be absolutely delightful.

The music was generated with the help of AI tools. This project is a blend of my own storytelling and the new possibilities that modern technology opens up. It creates something I hope feels both epic and deeply tied to the fantasy world of Tellest.

We're calling the fictional artist who works on this music Find the Way.

The artwork featured in this video was commissioned from Azot, an artist who did a ton of concept art work for me over the years, even collaborating with me from his home in Ukraine while the fighting first starting breaking out over there—when they weren't relying on him providing cartography assistance.
